Our Love Story: From Toronto to Porto

 

It all began in the heart of Toronto, where two souls from distant lands found each other.

Rita, with roots in the golden sands of Iraq, and Marc, from the cedar-covered hills of Lebanon, crossed paths in a city far from home—yet close to destiny.

 

What started as a chance meeting soon became a shared life of laughter, culture, and love. Over late-night shawarma runs and walks by Lake Ontario, we built a world that felt like home—because home, we learned, is wherever we’re together.

 

Now, we’re taking the next step in our journey—and we’re saying I do in a city as romantic as our story: Porto, Portugal.
